April 17, 2018 (Pescadero, CA) — This Wednesday, Team TIBCO - Silicon Valley Bank will be lining up for the 21st edition of La Flèche Wallonne Femmes. The second of the three Ardennes Classics, La Flèche Wallonne Femmes will cover 118.5km, with the same finishing circuits as featured in the men’s race.
These circuits will favor the climbers, with riders facing two laps that include the Côte d’Ereffe, Côte de Cherave and Mur de Huy before their hilltop finish on the Mur.
The roster for La Flèche Wallonne Femmes for Team TIBCO - Silicon Valley Bank will be: Lex Albrecht (CAN), Brodie Chapman (AUS), Alice Cobb (GBR), Ingrid Drexel (MEX), Emma Grant (GBR) and Alison Jackson (CAN).
Standing at 1.3km at 9.6 per cent, the Muy de Huy will be the final challenge before the finish line, the steepest finishing climb in the Classics.
