Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank is the longest running professional women’s cycling team in North America.  Since 2004, the team’s mission has been to help aspiring female cyclists achieve their dreams of becoming top International competitors.  The team has had numerous riders named to Olympic and World Championship squads and has produced several national champions.

Third Block of European Racing for Team TIBCO - Silicon Valley Bank

As the 2017 racing season draws to a close, Team TIBCO - Silicon Valley Bank is set to start their third block of European racing. Tomorrow the team will compete in the next round of the UCI Women's World Tour, the Grand Prix de Plouay - Lorient Agglomeration, part of the 4-Jours de Plouay festival held in Brittany, France. Plouay is a demanding course, consisting of four and a half laps of a hilly 26.9-kilometer course for a total 121.5 kilometers. Each circuit has three climbs; the toughest climb, Côte du Ty Marrec, is just over one kilometer long with gradients reaching up to 15%. Team TIBCO - Silicon Valley Bank racing in Colorado

Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank will take part in the 2-stage Colorado Classic this week in Colorado Springs and Breckenridge. While short in distance, both races include substantial amounts of climbing and will favor the climbers. Stage 1 tomorrow will cover 38 miles with 2,330 feet of climbing. The course runs in the shadow of Pike’s Peak, between downtown Colorado Springs and the iconic Garden of the Gods park. Stage 2 in Breckenridge covers 32 miles over five laps with over 3,500 feet of total climbing. The circuit includes Moonstone hill, a climb with pitches up to 8.3%. In addition to the races, the team will join Advanced Sports International (ASI) for a ride out of Performance Bicycle
